Mango and Turmeric Frappe

Ingredients

  • πŸ₯› 150ml milk (dairy or plant-based of your choice)
  • πŸ₯­ 80ml mango pulp (fresh or canned)
  • 🍡 1/4 teaspoon Divine Teas Turmeric blend, available to purchase here
  • πŸ’§ 2-3 tablespoons hot water (for brewing the tea)
  • πŸ₯› Yogurt (80ml) optional but it is delicious!
  • 🧊 Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Prepare the tea: Add 1/4 teaspoon of our Turmeric Tea blend in 2-3 tablespoons of hot water for 2-3 minutes. Allow to cool slightly.
  2. Build your frappe: Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
  3. Add the tea: Pour the brewed turmeric tea over the ice cubes.
  4. Incorporate the milk: Add the milk to the glass, ensuring any remaining tea concentrate is well mixed.
  5. Add the mango and yogurt: Pour in the mango pulp and yogurt
  6. Mix and serve: Stir all ingredients together and garnish with a sprinkle of turmeric powder or a slice of fresh mango if desired.
Autumn Spiced Golden Latte

Autumn Spiced Golden Latte

Prep: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 heaped teaspoon Divine Teas Turmeric blend
  • 1 cup oat milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ΒΌ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • Cinnamon stick for stirring

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, gently warm the oat milk with the Divine Teas turmeric blend, maple syrup, vanilla, and a pinch of nutmeg over low heat for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally (don't boil)
  2. 2. Strain the golden milk mixture into your favourite autumn mug
  3. 3. Stir gently with a cinnamon stick
  4. 4. Enjoy
