Divine Teas was created by Shahida Aslam after years of struggling with seasonal colds and flu. Tired of repeated antibiotic prescriptions every autumn, she began exploring natural ways to strengthen her immune system. Her journey started with turmeric - a powerful anti-inflammatory and a love for herbal teas.

When a favourite turmeric tea blend was discontinued, Shahida decided to create her own. She spent months experimenting with organic turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, and other healing spices until she found the perfect balance. What began as a personal remedy soon became a trusted gift she shared with friends and family during times of illness.

In 2022, Shahida turned her passion into a purpose-led business. Divine Teas now offers carefully blended, small-batch teas to support immunity, digestion, and wellbeing — especially during the colder months. Each cup is a celebration of natural healing, heritage, and everyday self-care.

That care and attention to detail hasn't gone unnoticed. In 2025, our Turmeric 7 Spice Blend won a Great Taste Award, and in 2026 our Organic Turmeric Tea won one too — judged blind by food and drink experts, and one of the most respected accolades in the industry. It's a mark of quality we're incredibly proud of, and a reflection of the care that goes into every batch.
