If you've visited us at a market this year, there's a good chance you've already tried one of these — our Kiki Health magnesium oil spray and organic castor oil have quietly become two of our best-selling products in person. We thought it was about time they had a proper introduction online too.

There's something quietly satisfying about a proper evening ritual — the kind that signals to your body it's time to slow down. Magnesium oil spray has become part of that routine for a lot of our customers, applied to the skin as one small step in an evening wind-down alongside a warm cup of tea.
It's simple to use — a few sprays, massaged in, no faff — which is probably why it's found its way into so many bags at the market stall.
A note from Shahida: my own evening ritual is a warm salt bath, a cup of our turmeric tea, and a few sprays of magnesium oil on the soles of my feet before I settle in for the night. Small, simple steps — but they've become a routine I genuinely look forward to.
