Mango and Turmeric Frappe Recipe

This vibrant drink makes the perfect nutritious summer treat.

Ingredients

  • 🥛 150ml milk (dairy or plant-based of your choice)
  • 🥭 80ml mango pulp (fresh or canned)
  • 🍵 1/4 teaspoon Divine Teas Turmeric blend, available to purchase here
  • 💧 2-3 tablespoons hot water (for brewing the tea)
  • 🥛 Yogurt (80ml) optional but it is delicious!
  • 🧊 Ice cubes

Method

  1. Prepare the tea: Add 1/4 teaspoon of our Turmeric Tea blend in 2-3 tablespoons of hot water for 2-3 minutes. Allow to cool slightly.
  2. Build your frappe: Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
  3. Add the tea: Pour the brewed turmeric tea over the ice cubes.
  4. Incorporate the milk: Add the milk to the glass, ensuring any remaining tea concentrate is well mixed.
  5. Add the mango and yogurt: Pour in the mango pulp and yogurt 
  6. Mix and serve: Stir all ingredients together and garnish with a sprinkle of turmeric powder or a slice of fresh mango if desired.
