About the Founder

The founder of Divine Teas Shahida Aslam created this tea after getting seasonal colds and flus every year in the autumn.

The GP would prescribe antibiotics, when this happened in the second year she sought to look at a more natural preventative measure. She had found a retailer that sold a wonderful blend of turmeric tea but this was discontinued. This is when she created her own blend. After many attempts to find the right consistency and mix Divine Teas was born. For years she would give to family and friends when they became ill. In 2022 she took the step to set up Divine Teas as a small business and to help people stay healthy and increase immunity during the colder months.
